She is hyper-focused as an influential coach who develops forward-thinking solutions and establishes synergistic cultures to reach high-performance goals. She holds a bachelor's in Music from Chatham University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University. In June 2021 she earned her SPHR credential from HRCI and in April 2022, she graduated from the inaugural cohort of the Mujeres de HACE Entrepreneur Program.

As an entrepreneur and working professional Danielle is focused on boosting productivity and employee engagement while minimizing operational costs. She is a passionate people solutions architect with extensive experience creating innovative strategic plans to drive efficacy and organizational success. Her professional career began with fixing processes and improving communications in a finance role, she soon transitioned to total rewards administration to pursue her passion for HR. Over the last several years, she has managed payroll, benefits administration, new hire orientations, training, onboarding, and more. She is dedicated to continuously identifying and implementing critical changes to achieve ambitious goals and optimize employee performance.
